• Crystal Fornes, NP, RN

  Crystal is a Board-Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in some of the top healthcare facilities in the country. Crystal received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Master of Science in Advanced Practice Nursing from New York University. She worked as a Registered Nurse in various clinical specialties including neurosurgery, medical and surgical intensive care units, cardiology and oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, New York University Medical Center and Columbia University Medical Center.

• Rachel Becker, LMSW

  Rachel is a licensed Social Worker who has experience working with clients of all ages. She earned her MSW from NYU’s Silver School of Social Work where she was a member of the Phi Alpha Honors Society. She completed a fellowship in psycho-oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and is also a recipient of the Zelda Foster Fellowship in Palliative and End-of-Life Care. Rachel has also worked at New York Methodist Hospital, as well as the Jewish Child Care Association.

• Laura LaRosa

  Laura has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, working in major insurance companies and hospitals. She has managed medical claims reimbursement and coding teams, supervised medical billing departments and worked as a hospital billing implementation manager for Tri-State area hospitals. She is experienced in Medicare, Medicaid and managed care billing and claim resolution.
