Andi's Story
Andi was diagnosed with her first chronic disease at 21 years old. Four years later, she was diagnosed with her second. When Andi called CarePlanners she was overwhelmed. She didn’t understand what was happening to her and felt like no one was listening or explaining how her life was changing.
